1 In this proceeding the issue is whether or not the State Industrial Courts order containing a determination that the respondent, Sidney Turk (hereinafter referred to as "claimant") was a "physically impaired person" prior to his accidental injury of April 9th, 1959, to his left leg, and an award of compensation to him for permanent and total disability, on the basis of a combination of that injury and two previously-incurred disabilities, should be sustained.
